Balama Central Project

Battery Minerals has announced delivery of a scoping study on its Balama Central Project, which comprises a Stage 1 production rate of 58,000tpa and Stage 2 rate of 110,000tpa.

Balama-Central-Graphite-Project Scoping Study

The Scoping Study results were further investigated through a feasibility study with a nominal graphite flake production profile of  a circa 58,000tpa of concentrate over a 43 year mine and stockpile reclaim life at an overall ore grade of 11.06% TGC.  Combined with Montepuez and subject to continued positive economic, social and technical investigations, Balama Central provides scope for self-funded growth from a ~58,000tpa production-rate in 2021 to more than 200,000tpa in 2023.
